To wrap this course up, reviewing and reconciling final value opinions is also covered.

Renewal Date: Every 2 years, 11/30 of even-numbered years

Hours Required by the State for: 30 Hours

7-Hour National USPAP Continuing Education Course
20 hours of approved continuing education
3 hours update to Florida laws and rules

Reporting: The state requires CE course completions to be reported to the state. We will report your course to the state upon completion.

Certificates: Immediately upon appraisal course completions, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course certificate of completion. Please note that the date on your certificate of completion will reflect this.
